When Heather was able to find a way to combine her love of music and fitness in such an invigorating way, she knew she found her happy place. What will you expect when you ride with Heather? The ability to live in the moment in the CycleTheater and find empowerment. She’s been with the brand since 2018 and loves any and all opportunities to teach those willing to grow; you can expect a little bit of everything on her playlists but she loves throwbacks! Outside of CycleBar, Heather is involved in other fitness modalities, truly celebrating movement. She also has a sweet spot for pit bulls, wine and cooking. @heather_enjoys_carrots
