Steph was born and bred in New Jersey, coaxed out to the west coast by the allure of tech and sunshine. Her CycleBar journey began when she put money on a weight bet with friends and it got the ball rolling on trying something new. A year and a half and 30 lost pounds later, she's found joy and an immense amount of fun in becoming a CycleStar. Steph knows first hand that when you enjoy your workout, empowered by fun music, personal grit, and supportive people, it doesn't feel like a work at all! She hopes riders leave her class smiling and sweating like crazy! When she's not in the studio you can find her volunteering at her son's school, planning some kind of event/project, or watching a Devil's hockey game.
