Zan

Born in Russia, raised in Darien, Zan grew up running competitively with a flute and piccolo almost surgically attached to her hand. After attending DePaul University for a major in Business Administration, and realizing the traditional route wasn’t for her, Zan stepped into her first indoor cycling class almost 10 years ago and was hooked. Through her last 9 years of teaching she’s been able to blend her passion for business, music, and physical activity while meeting amazing people! In her classes you’ll find any and all music, heavy hills, and a positive space to grow! Outside of the studio Zan spends most of her time with her husband & dogs, traveling, cooking, and her favorite activity- scuba diving!
