Damon is a new face to the Cyclebar family but not to group fitness. If you are wondering what kind of music he loves to play, think early 2000s Millennial Mom who is trying to be hip with the trends. If you aren't singing and dancing to his playlist, he will have your attention with funny comments and heavy pushes. While he does a lot of indoor cycling, you can find him often at the gym or hiking in the mountains. While he may not be the most inspirational person, he does believe his space is open to all and it remains judgement free! Group fitness is for EVERY BODY!
