Niamh rode at Windermere for over three years before clipping in as an instructor in early 2025 — now you'll catch her on the podium in both St. Albert and Windermere. Her classes run on remixes of everything: rap, pop, and a little alternative thrown into the mix. For Niamh, the bike is your permission slip to get out of your head and into the movement — a block of time where the only person you're showing up for is you. Off the bike, she's running, biking, or traveling for work as a full-time videographer and editor.
