Chrissy

Chrissy is our Lead Instructor here in Worcester and at our Maynard, MA studio. She’s been part of CycleBar since Maynard opened its doors in January 2022. With a background in field hockey and lacrosse, Chrissy has found her true passion in spinning. She brings nearly 20 years of indoor cycling experience and 8 years of instructing to every class she leads. Chrissy’s dynamic teaching style and eclectic playlists create an energizing atmosphere for all riders, from first-timers to seasoned pros. She hopes new riders discover it’s never too late to try something new, and that experienced riders feel inspired to push their limits. When she’s not on the bike, Chrissy enjoys quality time with her husband and three active sons, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on the Boston Celtics—one of her favorite pastimes!
