Bella’s dream has always been to motivate people through her love of fitness. She has quickly found that teaching and being in front of a crowd is where she thrives. Her background in dance made this feel like a natural next step! With a passion for dance and music, she knew this was where she was supposed to be. Bella has always felt like working out is an escape from the world or a way to decompress from life’s daily stressors. She feels energized, accomplished, and ready to face the day when she leaves a CycleBar class! Her goal is to make you feel the same way when you take her classes.
