Ellen took a leap towards her goal of being a group fitness instructor and started leading HIIT classes in Chicago. Indoor cycling was a workout she once hated but turned into an obsession quickly after taking her first Cyclebar class in 2017. Not only was she attracted to the calorie burn but also the bumping, therapeutic playlist and full body movements on the bike. Lifting weights and playing sports was the way she kept in shape and cycling now brings out the more sassy side of her. Her favorite dance moves on the bike are wide push-ups and dips to still incorporate that weight lifting mentality. She strives to create a workout to catch a hold of that lost connection to the individuals who may have felt the same way she did about cycling in the past.
