Julie

Julie is a Certified Personal trainer through NASM and the National Personal Training Institute of Chicago who specialized in endurance training. Like many young adults, Julie took her health for granted. She finally committed to her fitness goals when she recognized the negative affects her lifestyle was having on her body, mind, and productivity. Her fitness journey taught her discipline and improved her self-confidence greatly. She knew she wanted to help others to experience this too which inspired her to become a trainer. While Julie loves training clients one on one, she craved community and the energy group exercise has to offer. After experiencing indoor cycling at CycleBar, Julie fell in love with the atmosphere, music, and challenge of indoor cycling. As a CycleStar, Julie strives to inspire her riders to push themselves past their perceived limits. She loves remixes, beat drops, and a good throwback too. Expect the sweat of a lifetime when you ride with Julie!
