Theresa has been an instructor with CycleBar since March 2021! She is from Golden, Colorado and went to college in Wisconsin (go pack go!). Theresa has been a rider at CycleBar since November 2020 and has been in love with it ever since! Her classes include up-beat music, positive energy, and lots of sweat. After taking her class you’ll walk away with a feeling of acceptance, assurance, and encouragement. She can’t wait to see you in the saddle!
